E C Simmons no 780 Redline 2ft 4fold rule as shown. Stanley made these rules to be sold under Simmons' name, pre Keen Kutter brand. Rule folds square, not very tight tho, zero pins, markings ok [not great tho], outside of rule has been gently cleaned, inside is silver plated brass with red markings. Face says faintly E C SIMMONS NO 780 "REDLINE" WARRENTED BOXWOOD. Thanks for looking.
