E&T Ring & Co. 4/8" Side Bead Wood Molding Plane Thsi plane was made between 1840 and 1847 by the partnership of Elkanah and Thomas Ring, in Worthington, Massachusetts. American Wooden Planes assigns 1 star - uncommon to their imprint. The plane is in fine condition. The only detraction is a little wear to the boxing ahead of the iron. T are some use marks, but the plane as a whole is solid. the sole is smooth and the boxing is tight.
