This is a H-Harness Vest in Olive Drab (OD) Green that is manufactured by Eagle Industries as part of the Defensor Fortis Load Carrying System (DF-LCS) . This a lightweight vest that is fully adjustable for height and girth based on the user's needs. The vest can be worn with the two panels forward, similar to a split front chest rig, or the rear panel can be removed for more of a traditional H-harness side mounting configuration. When the rear panel is removed the two side panels connect to the shoulder straps with a build in D-rings. The vest is covered with PALS (MOLLE) strapping for mounting of pouches, to include on the padded shoulder straps. Both side panels include 2 rows of PALS (MOLLE) strappin oriented for horizontal mounting of pouches, such as pistol or flashlight. The vest panels have 4 below the belt D-rings and 4 pockets with hook and loop closure. The shoulder straps are connected with a mesh for air flow that also serves as an additional pocket on the vest, which also houses a drag handle. The vest is constructed from 1000D Condura.
