This auction is for a Obersalzberg, Berchtesgaden and Eagles Nest Booklets and postcards grouping. Everything you see is what you will receive when you win this auction. It is a very nice set of items for those who are specializing in Adolf Hitler's mountain retreat. T's 6 postcards of the Berghof before and after destruction, one cabinet card of Berchtesgaden from 1890, very nice condition and highly collectible from the Wurthle & Spinnhirn firm in Salzburg in Austria. The booklets are fully illustrated with photos and history. One of them is a publication called "The Eagles Nest, from Adolf Hitler to the present day" full color and B&W photos, 80 pages with some rare photographs and a full 47 inch pull out panoramic photo of Berchtesgaden as seen from the Eagles nest!The other magazine is "After the battle No.9" with a great story of hitler's berghof and the Allies race to capture it, 52 pages, softcover, color and black and white photos. The third booklet is a small 208 pages in4.5 x 7 size publication "Obersalzberg" by Josef Geiss, 11th edition from 1972. cover a little bit worn and it has a crease caused by opening and closing booklet.
