Thankyou for taking a look at our auction. This 1950's Eames Era Couch by Heywood and Wakefield is 89" long(nearly 7 1/2 feet), 32" wide(nearly 2 1/2 feet), and 28" high. The light celery green couch has a 6 foot blue and light green cushion , two cute arm cushions and 2 protective fabric sleeves. We bought this couch because we planned on decorating with 50's mod furniture(like a barbie house!). We decided our new home needs more subtle furniture so we've decided to sell this beautiful couch. The wood legs and decorative wood on the front need polishing. I don't know anything about furniture, but the underside of the couch has tough leather like straps(I guess for support while seated on the couch). Two of the straps are gone from age. We were told they could be replaced, but we saw no need to...the couch is as strong as you would expect from a new modern couch. We've included pictures of as much as we thought you would like to see, but we will happily take more and send them to your email address. This couch is for pickup in the Northern New Jersey area or if the buyer would like to arrange a shipper to come than we'll be more than happy. We've used and Greyhound to get furniture on Ebay before(this might be too big for Greyhound). We'll try to answer all questions and will send any pictures asked.
