Offered is a Very Rare EAPG compote or celery with a scalloped top that is in excellent condition. The only flaw is a pair of straw marks in the bottom of the upper portion of the piece. It was made in the 1880's by the ADAMS & CO. of PIttsburg, Pa. The pattern is ACTRESS but also has other names such as OPERA, ANNIE, JE PINAFORE, and THEATRICAL. This pattern has two different actresses, one on each side and I'm not sure of their names for this covered compote. The height of the compote is 5 3/4 inches and has a diameter if 3 1/2 inches.
