On the auction block starting at only 99 cents with NO RESERVE...(1) Antique Banker's Lamp! A true period lamp for early 20th century decor...or just a great lamp for any setting! There are markings on the socket assemble "WEBER" "PAT. MARCH 20, 1909" " MAY 19, 1910" Also in the top of the socket assembly the stamping: "PATENTED JULY 14, 1914" Stand and base are cast iron. "Shade" is made of formed Brass. Original finish Please note that there are areas on the shade where the brass is revealed. Also a small "split" in a corner seam...see photos. Cord has been replaced with a "vintage" style braided cord similar to the original. This is the original plug. New Black felt installed on base.
