Wonderful Oklahoma Estate - Late 1800's to Early 1900's era - 8 inch Tall - SLEEPY EYE Pottery Pitcher - Cream/Milk Pitcher - MONMOUTH, Illinois Milling Company. Has Indian head profile on one side, Indian Head handle, and TeePees and Trees on the other side. Colors are Cobalt Blue and cream. Has age crazing and small chips and nicks on the Bottom edge rim and also a tiny tiny chip or glaze flake off on the handle at the Indian Head neck area as it curves down to the handle area (see pictures for close ups). There is a rough area on the spout but it is UNDER the glaze so was done during manufacturing of this beautiful vintage pottery. We find No other chips, cracks or repairs other than the above mentioned bottom edge rim chips. The bottom has a number "42" and maybe a "5" over a "dot". Beautiful 100+/- year old pitcher.
