You are bidding on a vintage early 1900's linen souvenir folder/foldout postcard collection with scenes from Old Orchard Beach , Maine (ME). The folder is unused (not postmarked or written on) and includes 18 cards (9 cards with scenes on front and back) in addition to the two cover cards. Inside the cover, t is an extensive historical narrative of the area. What is really unique about this souvenir folder is that one side (9 cards long) is one long panoramic view of the beach (see photo). Scenes on the remaining cards include the following: · St. Margaret's Church and Old Orchard House · Noah's Ark and Slide · Kite Race Track · View looking north from pier · Bathing beach · Googins Rock at night · The pier · Aerial view · Entrance to ocean pier, parking lot with vintage automobiles This piece is in fairly good condition for its age with minimal wear and tear except that the flap that tucks one cover card into another is missing and the cover card has become partially detached (about 2-1/2 inches is detached) from the other cards.
