This is a wonderful example of early America cabinetry. It is constructed of poplar with the top board and each end/side boards being 1 piece of wood. T are 4 drawers, 1 tilt out bin and 1 door. The back piece, which is old but I believe was added at a later date, is also 1 piece of wood. The hardware is very old and the leather straps that would have been at the bottom of the bin have long since rotted away. T is no evidence that this piece was ever painted. It has been used over the years but is in very good shape. It is very solid and is not bent out of shape or loose in any joints. It is 54" long, 22" deep and 30 1/2 " high (with the back piece, it is 42" high). This item could be shipped at the buyer's expense, insured and on a pallet, but would be better picked up at its south central Kentucky location. The pallet and packing charge would be $50.00
