Early 19thC Antique 1/6 Plate Daguerreotype *NR* ...... In was able to purchase the other day four antique Daguerreotypes. They are all in great condition and because I bought them for such a great price I am listing each one without any reserve. Of course I can combine shipping should you win more than on Dag. ......By the age of the flat ½ case and that t is no border around the matte, you can tell this is an early Daguerreotype. A past owner resealed this Dag and if you hold it just right you can barely see a few very fine lines near the bottom, plus a tiny spot in the upper right hand corner caused by the chemicals in the developing. The photo is very clear and crisp and like all the photos I have listed tonight this antique Daguerreotype has No reserve. ...
