Vintage LeCoultre Atmos clock. I believe late 1940s or early 1950s. Has a rare charcoal colored dial. Model 519, first generation I believe. Runs well, no diaphram issues. Has kept time for the two months that I've had it. Also includes rare jeweler's selling packet, which I suspect was often quickly discarded. T is NO BOX. Case has some tarnish, most notably on the tops of surfaces and around the bottom plinth. Inside and movement are bright and shiny. I have not tried to polish the case, and some of it appears to be grime, maybe smoke related? This is pretty clear in the photos. I suspect that it would clean up somewhat, but not all the way. The dial is a dark chocolate or charcoal colored and has a subtle shine so that it appears slightly different from several angles or in different lights. T are a few minor blemish spots at 1/2 and 8/9 oclock areas. Levelling bubble intact, pendulum brake works well. All glass is good. Measures 9 1/4 tall, 6 1/3 deep at base, 8 1/4 wide, all in inches. Comes with a complete (?) sellers packet which includes the following: Cover letter from V/C & LeCoultre headed "Dear Jeweler" which describes how to display clock and advertising materials. Also two typed sheets warning of proper care and treatment of the clock. Also a black and white glossy Polaroid-style 5x7 inch photo of a woman caressing read more
