**DELAWARE LACKAWANA AND WESTERN RAILROAD COMPANY ASST. CHIEF INSPECTOR BADGE** Beautiful early 1920's handmade custom die gold badge for an "Assistant Chief Inspector" of the DL&WRR Co. I believe this is either a bridge or track Inspector's shield and has a custom die Lackawanna Railroad logo in center. Badge is made of all applied pieces and has an early saddle pin on rear. Lots of wear and use on this old badge and it measures 2 3/4" by 2 1/4" . High bidder pays $4.50 for Priority Main with deliver confirmation.
