Very Early Double Drop Georgian Silver Teaspoon.Rob't Swanson, 1743.

A Very Early Georgian Silver Teaspoon hallmarked to Robert Swanson, a London Silversmith working around 1743. The Maker's Mark and Lion Passant are bottom hand struck. The spoon measures 4.5 inches in length and weighs 7.1 gms. The spoon has some wear and has dings to the bowl but it does have a double drop where the handle meets the bowl underneath.
