This auction is for an Original Eames Molded Plywood Lounge Chair in the Ebony color. It comes from an estate that had no children and was used in the bedroom for putting on shoes. The original owner had made some terrycloth & foam covers that I removed for the first time in many years. The resulting condition is very very good to excellent, and I believe all original. The shock mounts are solid and firmly attached. T is no play in the shock mounts. The mount for the Back Rest being a single oval one usually indicating it was produced in the 40's. The bolt pattern is 4-2-5. T are some small nicks to the legs. I have included a picture of the worse one. It is on the back of the front right leg. The others are very minor. T are no chips to the plywood Seat or Back Rest. Please email me if you have any questions. Buyer to pay for $75.00 insured UPS insured shipping in the lower 48 states. If you trust me to carefully disassemble it for shipping we could get the cost down quite a bit. Thanks for looking.
