This hardback is in very good condition with no loose, missing, torn or folded pages. It has several black and white engravings protected with tissue covers.More than 475 tightly bound pages, gilt edged all round, good hard cover boards in brown with black and gilded text and pattern, good spine, size 19x13.5x3.25cm. Pages in good clean untorn unfolded unmarked condition, some minimal foxing on first and last few pages. No handwriting or scribble.Of interest to collectors of antiquarian books and students of Sir Walter Scott, this book has an introduction to Rob Roy extending to nearly 50 pages with a further 9 page appendix to the introduction at the back.
