DESCRIPTION Up for auction t are special Early French Flow Blue toothbrushes box and soap box.The pattern name is : "MARBRE" (marble). Good early flow blue transfer . The toothbrushes box is devided clearly in two. The lid has 2 holes that permit water to evaporate. The soap box has an internal drainer laying on its bottom as shown in pictures. Very rare items . DIMENSIONS Toothbrushes box dimensions are (approx): Long - 8" . Wide - 3" . Tall - 3" (Top of handle) . Soap box dimensions are (approx): Long - 5" . Wide - 3 3/4" . Tall - 3 1/2" (Top of handle) Soap box dimensions are (approx): Long - 3 1/2" . Wide - 2 1/4" . Tall - 1/2" . MANUFACTURER / MARK On the back t is CREIL & MONTEEAU "MARBRE" mark. That pottery activated near Paris during 19 th century and produced English type earthenware. ITEMS SITUATION Toothbrushes box- Very good condition . Lid has no faults .Base has a nick inside at one of its corners.On back t few unglazed lines. Soap box- Very good condition .Lid has on its inside rim an old 3/8" shallow chip and 3 nicks.Drainer a corner small chip . The base 2 nicks at corners and one at base rim.
