ABOUT OUR AUCTIONS: Hi everyone, thanks for taking a look at our items. Over the next week we will be listing some very fine examples from our collection, and all starting low with No Reserve. Please make sure to add us to your favorites list , we do have many more still to come! If you haven't seen our auctions before it is nice to know we have Never Had a Reserve on one item ...Ever, no matter what it is! We also start everything off nice and low, usually under 15.00 to give everyone a great chance at a nice treasure. Also if you see more than one item you like, we give great combined shipping deals, always at least 50% lower for the second item and even lower for more items. ITEM: Up for auction is a Fine Early Georgian Helmut Form Bright Cut Cream Jug. The Jug is part of a Large Collection of Silver and other Fine Quality Estate items up for auction, as you can see in the last picture. As you can see the Jug has a nice Early Georgian Helmut Bulbous Form. The Jug also has nice Period Bright Cut decorations all around as you can see. The Jug is also nice Thick Solid Stelring Silver throughout weight a quality 158 grams. The Top Rim and Handle are also Reinforced making the them Very Strong and Durable. The Jug does have period Armorials on both sides which do show some wear. The Jug is also in fine original condition with a few Very Light marks that would be found on any Jug of this age, and no dints, cracks, or repairs. The inside also has a nice Gold Gilt Finish. As you can see the Jug has Early Georgian London Sterling Silver Hallmarkes, including a Crowned Lions Head and the date letter which appears to be "I", I believe for the date 1786, or 1804, most likely the earlier date by the design. The Makers mark is a little hard to make out being "?F", possibly WF but I am not sure. The Jug is also a nice size measuring 5 1/2 inches long, by 3 1/4 inches wide, and stands 3 1/2 inches tall. I have no idea what the Fine Early Georgian Sterling Silver Bright Cut Cream Jug would be worth. You do not see to many of this quality come up for auction. As usual we just start all our items off low, and will let you decide. Like a Real Auction should be!! BEST OF LUCK WITH THE AUCTION! Please click to see our other items ! SHIPPING: Shipping is Quoted Below for All the USA, Canada, and WORLDWIDE. Worldwide shipping quoted below is for Expidited Air parcel with tracking, and optional insurance.
