One of the earliest canteens WE'VE SEN THAT HAS LOTS OF WEAR ON THE SURFACe BUT SURPRISINGLY NO CRACKS OR REPAIRS and only one nick right on the spout as shown in the photos. Even the lugs are in excellent shape. This one has been used and shows the evidence of holding water.. This pot looks to be c. 1880s or so and still has remnants of the original design. Judging by its style it could be one from the "old lady" it measures approx. 5 inches across and is approx. 5 inches tall and approx. 3 inches in depth... Wonderful olf =d Hopi that should be in a museum collection and it has a NO reserve!
