For your consideration, an early and unusual vase by Lundberg Studios in pink art glass with purple and platinum pulled feather decoration .This vase, footed and in ribbed classic form, begins with its ground of satiny blush pink that covers the exterior of its neck and drapes down the shouldering to meet the vivid midnight and platinum of the pulled feather decoration. The decoration is artistically rendered, alternating strongly between deep dramatic purple-blue hues and the highlighted platinum feathering. Continuing down the narrowed body, this decoration terminates at the vase's final collection before pooling out in an inky iridescence of oil spot sheen to create the inverted saucer foot. On the underside of this foot, the vase is properly signed " L.S. 4.22.88 V #22 ". The interior of the vase wears a brilliant wash of luminous gold with electric pink iridescence. This vase is being offered at no reserve , as are many of our other listings .Condition: Very good to excellent.
