Early Military Bayonet Nice vintage military bayonet that measures 18 1/2" long from the tip to the end of the handle attachment. Bayonet is marked as shown - with what we believe to be the numbers 3492 and the letter T (last photo) and another marking in the next to the last photo that we are unable to discern. This is not our area of expertise, but if you have a question regarding this item, we will be more than happy to try and answer it. Bayonet came out of a local estate in RI. Shows a fair amount of surface rust, but t are no breaks or nicks. Nice piece to add to your collection.
