Keep checking my other auctions for more old lighters.Including a nice 1951 AMOCO (American Oil Company) Zippo,a 1949 Sinclair Barcroft Zippo Table lighter.a 1956 Marathom Oil Co. Zippo and a beautiful Sterling Silver cigarette case with a matching lighter with a Zippo PAT 2032695 insert and others.Fresh from the OTLS (On The Lighter Side) Lighter Show in Washington D.C.If you are not a member you are missing a lot. .This auction is for a rare early model Beatty Jet lighter with gun blued steel and what seems to me to be ostrich leather covered. This model also differs from the more common latter types by having a larger flint tube that fits the wider Dunhill flints. Also the bottom unscrews to refuel and access the flint screw. The lighter is excellent condition especially the leather. The blued finish is a bit worn around the edges. For those who do not know about these great lighters, they work like a normal lighter until the wick flame heats the tube that passes into the fuel chamber, after a few seconds it produces a secondary jet flame that is great for lighting a pipe. This model has the single patent number 1894300 which predates the 1933 Zippo,Made in the USA.It works fine. SHIPPING is $4.62 for USPS priority with delivery confirmation in the USA.Overseas shipping calculate at 6 ounces. If using paypal guaranteed insured shipping
