Early model SPH4 with web harness. This is a complete helmet with working comms and all nuts bolts, bits and pieces. This helmet is a size X Large. Tinted visor. Also some extra parts available if you should ever need them. If the bidding goes over $75, i'll include the genuine Sikorsky stretch cotton skull cap. If the bidding goes over $100, i'll even toss in a genuine Sikorsky rescue logo patch!!! I am certain this helmet is XL size, but the label is mostly gone, and i'm told by my friend that this may not even be a gentex helmet. It may be an ultra rare BELL flight helmet! if thats true it is actually worth more because Bell manufactured these for the military near the end of Vietnam, and they only held the contract for a few years. Also a possibility that Safetec made this helmet, just as rare as Bell.
