Up for Auction is a Early German American 18th 19th Century Antique Etched Design Pewter Light House Coffee Pot Signed C. Gothe. This beautiful early antique pewter lighthouse shaped coffee pot was found in P. A. and is decorated with a cut/etched flower, leaf, line design, cut/etched initials F.C.ST., J.or 1 829 below spout & flower design, makers marked on inside bottom, eagle in oval, figure with banner in oval, eagle in oval, C.GOTHE, measuring 9 1/2 inches high by 5 inches wide at its widest point. Overall it is in good condition, expected wear, minimal dings with a old 19 th century repaired-replaced rattan over tin handle still well balanced in design, displaying beautifully being an addition to any Early American Pewter Collection.
