Presenting an early Inuit Eskimo stone carving of two Artic Birds (possibly owls) in flight. The stone material used for these bird carvings is very smooth to the touch. The vintage carving is in excellent condition, no breaks, cracks or chips. The piece is signed on it's base. The carved stone birds are elevated by small wooden carved poles. The stone base measures 3 1/2" x 2 1/2" , and the stone birds are elevated approximately 3 - 3 1/2" each. The birds wing span : 4 1/2" and 3 1/2" . Please see photos and email us with your inquiries.
