THE SCALE WORKS YOU STEP ON IT AND THEN PUT THE PENNY IN AND IT GIVES YOUR WEIGHT AFTER YOU GET WEIGHED YOU PULL THE LEVER TO GET THE FORTUNE BUT THE PART THAT NEEDS REPAIR IS THE LEVER YOU PULL TO VEND THE FORTUNE IT IS NOT CONNECTED SO THE FORTUNE CARD WILL NOT COME OUT. THE SPRING MAY BE BROKEN. THE TILE ON THE BOTTOM IS PERFECT CONDITION. SO IS THE PORCELAIN. THE MIRRORS HAVE SOME MARKS BUT IT IS JUST NORMAL WARE...THE BACK AND SIDES OF THE MACHINE ARE METAL. IT HAS ROLLERS ON THE BOTTOM FOR MOVING IT. IT MEASURES 69 INCHES HIGH THE BASE IS 16 1/2 INCHES BY 27 INCHES. T IS NO RESERVE AND A LOW STARTING BID! THE BUYER MUST ARRANGE SHIPPING OR PICK UP.
