Great Primitive Antique Childs Pie Safe Cupboard in Original Black/Red Old Paint.This paint looks to have been layered over and over and over.Very chunky look.Great old paint.I don't know what came first.The black and you see red,or the red and you can see the blackThis item has the original punched tin in picture frame on door and both sides.The wood is aged,with usual imperfections expected with an early piece.The cupboard is very tight and the door is tight.The whole item is sturdy.The door has a small wood wire bound turning clasp primitive design for keeping door closed,and an old white porcelain knob.Has the backboard splash header with one end molding missing small chunk.**Does not harm this piece at all.MUCH CHARACTER.This cupboard is just right displayable smalls size of 14"across wides top piece side to side frontal.From bottom of BOOT JACK ENDS stands 1'1/4" tall,and if you add in highest back splash height stands 1'4" tall.Pie safe cupboard has two interior shelfs.****This item is a terrific find.**THIS IS CONSIGNED ITEM TO ME SO PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS AND LOOK AT SUPERSIZED PICTURES PROVIDED.NO REFUNDS. *Modest Reserve at $125.00.
