This is from my personal collection and is a really nice piece! Measures 9 inches long. I have had this piece several years. I think it is from the late 1800's but could be as late as the early 1900's. (per my uncle whom I purchased it from) I was told at one time that it was made in this area (western Kentucky) but am not for sure about this. As you can see from the photos, it is in very good condition with no damage at all! It even has a couple coins inside that where in it when I got it. I have no ideal what they are, I tried at one time to get them out but was unable to... This is a NICE ORIGINAL piece! No cracks, no chips, no repairs, no damage of ANY kind!
