A wonderful large 19th C New England treen wooden beehive dough bowl in blue paint. This is a real nice early one! Probably one the best bowl I've had in several years! All hand turned on a foot powered lathe-great ring turnings and a wonderful raised foot! As with the earliest of treen this bowl is light as a feather! In addition it is in MINT CONDITION-no hairlines, chips, cracks-NOTHING-An exceptional bowl! The blue paint has been newly added and aged by me. Many of you are already familiar with my work, and this piece is no exception! My work has been featured in several magazines and publications nationwide in addition to being named one of Early american Life Magazines "Top 200 Craftsmen" five years running. It measures: 13 1/2" x 12 3/4" x 4 1/2" tall. I'm offering it sold as-is, described to the very best of my knowledge. It is, of course, guaranteed as described. As always, thank you for looking and !
