Here is a very nice early Voltamp toy electric motor. This motor was made by the Voltamp Electric Mfg. Co., Baltimore Maryland. The motor is stamped on the bottom of the wood base, but the stamp is hard to read. This motor appears to be the one pictured from the Voltamp catalog. It has the on/off switch, the pulley held on by a set screw, heavy cast iron casting, and wood base. The motor runs well. Please look at the pictures and ask any questions you might have.
