For your consideration is this extremely rare and gorgeous Arts & Crafts necklace dating back to the very early 1900's. The beautifully hand-carved rose quartz is held in a sterling silver setting which is adorned with a malachite stone. The sterling setting is marked 925. The chain may or may not be original but is also marked 925 and Italy as well as AZ. This is the kind of piece you would find in Warman's by Christie Romero. Truly a beautiful, creative and rare piece. The pendant is 1 1/2 inches long and 5/8 inch across at its widest. It is in excellent condition. The sterling has not been cleaned in some time it appears, and t is a tiny scratch on the sterling that will probably not be visible once it is cleaned. I left the patina as is since many collectors and dealers prefer that. The sterling chain is 21 inches and has a spring ring closure. Please email me with any questions. Thank you for looking.
