As can be seen from the 4 scans the Note is complete & does not have missing corners etc. I have scanned the item with both a White & Black background to try & provide the best possible images for you.There are no holes that I can see only a couple of small tears on the Edge. The note is a little wrinkled from usage. I am not an expert on Notes so unfortunately cannot provide a grade with this item please judge this from the scans provided which form part of the Description of the item.
