DESCRIPTION: EAST AFRICA 5 SHILLINGS 1964 P45 UNC RARE About the grade I'm not an expert in grading so please take a look to the picture and make your own judgment. All items are sold as is (no returns), I will gladly provide any additional info and more detailed picture if you require. I will only consider returns in case I post the item in a specific condition (VF, XF, UNC, etc) and once the buyer receive the item, he or she does not agree with condition I stated. In this case I will refund all the money including shipping once the item is returned to me. No partial refunds are offered. Buyer is free to proceed with any claim through eBay or Paypal if she/he disagrees with condition I stated once receive the item. However I will be more than glad to provide a very detail scan of any item I am offering and also to provide a very detailed description of it. About the payment Due to very bad previous experiences and in order to provide all the security and reliability to the buyers now I AM ONLY ACCEPTING PAYPAL from all Non Costa Rican buyers, this is with NO EXCEPTIONS, so please do not bid if you are not able to pay by this method. I MEAN ONLY PAYPAL No Paypal fees will be charged to the buyers, I will cover them. About the shipping time I have been seller for most than five years with an excellent history of satisfied customers, not only for the quality of notes, coins and other numismatic related items (most of them from Costa Rica), but also for the shipping cost and excellent handling and care of my items during the package and delivery process. All my items are located in Costa Rica, at beginning I used an American courier company which takes my packages to Miami, Florida and once t, they will be delivered using all USPS options available, I used this approach for security reasons, however the shipping time with this approach was not of the satisfaction of my customers, so I have decided to send all my items from Costa Rica using Registered Mail, so far shipping time is widely accepted. Please consider this before bidding, usual time for a package to be delivered in US is 15-25 days. For other countries shipping time could be 15-30 days. Please note I indicate USUAL time, t are few cases w shipping time could take 4-5 weeks due to mail system delays, of course I AM NOT RESPONSABLE FOR SUCH DELAYS, I really appreciate if you consider this. I usually post the package in local post office the following three days of payment received, however sometimes I posted more than 200 items at a time and I could take a little longer to ship the item, but please consider I charge same amount, this is $2.50 no matter quantity of notes and using Registered Mail, so I think this is more than reasonable. I usually email the buyer once its package has been sent with the Registered Mail confirmation number so it can be tracked easily... Of course if you feel a package it is taking longer, feel free to contact me, so we can work together and see what could have happened, I really appreciate if you do this before posting any claim on eBay or Paypal, and of course, considering posting negative feedback...
