Here I have for you a vintage harmonica called The Echo Harp by M. Hohner of Germany. This lovely silver toned harmonica is in fabulous condition ( unused ) and comes in the original box, also in great condition. There is a small dent on the Box only, to the right of the cabin, not on the inside of the box. It was stored safely by a man who traveled to Germany some years ago. I bought the piece from a Church 's garage sale, they were hoping to remodel part of their entryway to make it handicap assessable. In my "saved for good category". Just beautiful. This vintage harmonica is called a Tremolo piece due to it being a double reed instrument. The bottom row of holes feature the same notes as the top row, tuned slightly higher. This special tuning creates the Tremolo's distinct sound, a beautiful vibrato effect with a richer tone. These harmonicas are used in all types of music. Hohner harmonicas are the proven chosen for both amateurs and professional musicians alike. The model # is 57/120, Echo is the model name. There are 60 double holes, 120 reeds with combined materials, the wood is Maple. Keys available are C and G. 8 1/4" long and 2 1/4" wide, not quite an inch tall .Great collectible and usable piece. Would make an Excellent gift for the right individual, or for someone who wants to play it. Go on the companies website and see
