NOTES SECTION: This EDISON STANDARD PHONOGRAPH, Model B (I believe) with a Model H 4 minute reproducer is being sold by my 78 year old cousin, the original owner. This phonograph was her father's and they listened to it often together. It is in marvelous original shape as far as I know. Case appears to have original finish. This machine contains the 4 minute reproducer, Model H, but with the Model C reproducer I believe it will play the two minute as well. The case is a beautiful golden oak. Upon cranking, this machine plays the included cylinders. It may need oiling or whatever but it does work and play the cylinders nicely, it is orginal to the best of my knowledge. All the parts are clean and pretty much yuck-free. (I have photographed the gears that are relevant so you can decide). I am not an expert of these old machines so ask any questions and ask for any photos BEFORE PURCHASING! A horn comes with it but is obviously not original. (copies of manuals for these old phonographs are available on ebay!) Serial # 504413. Decal appears original and bright! Also included are 11 CYLINDERS, and 13 cylinder boxes. The boxes and tubes do not necessarily match up. 13 total Boxes 7 Amberol boxes-- 4blue, 2 light blue, 1 green--2 with lids.) Well used condition. 3 edison boxes--white and gold--well used condition 2 golden moulded record read more
