You are bidding on a vintage, original calendar sample print lithograph. Because this is a salesman's sample calendar, it only has the one month on it.......January, 1945. The artist is the famous hunting dogs art master, EDMUND OSTHAUS. It is signed in the plate by the artist. The advertising was designed for Hardware Stores. The print is embossed (raised texture). Colors are bright, deep, rich, unfaded! The print is "tipped in" (glued at very top). The overall size of the calendar print is 9 and 1/2 inches by 15 inches. The Edmund Osthaus image size is a great 7 and 1/2 inches by 10 inches. CONDITION............mint, or near-mint, uncirculated. No problems or issues with it. This print is 64 years old! Please see my many close-up photos on the condition. Excellent to mat and frame for a cabin, rec-room or bar etc.! I do absolutely guarantee this to be an old, original print made in 1945.
