EDWARD BARNES REPRODUCTION by PARKER According to Jim Parker this is one of the rarest Parker knives. It is a reproduction of a famous folding dirk made by Edward Barnes. According to Jim Parker these knives were stamped with Edward Barnes on the tang instead of the Parker logo. The mistake was noticed and they were recalled and only a few of these exist. This is a beautiful knife with silky smooth action and very nice lockback mechanism. Features Brass liners, German Silver Balloon Bolsters, Genuine beautiful Horn handles, Surgical Stainless blade with the "U*S" Logo etching and stamped EDWARD BARNES & SONS on the tang with the U*S Logo. 9 1/2" LONG OPEN This is a very nice rare knife and in mint condition.
