Edwardian 14k Gold Necklace Peridot & Seed PearlsProduct DescriptionA beautiful late Victorian or Edwardian era 14K Yellow Gold and Peridot Drop seed pearl necklace. Handcrafted in fine delicate detail, this pendant contains (1) 3.5mm round cut and set, light green Peridot and (1) 5mm oval cut & set Peridot surrounded by 16 round graduated seed pearls. Gorgeous hand tooling and Art Nouveau design. The lower oval shape Peridot dangles from the center of the pendant, and the necklace is attached to an ornate seed pearl set bail. The pendant section measures 1.75" inches long by 7/8" inch wide. Excellent vintage condition. The back is marked and guaranteed 14k. There is a makers mark present in the shape of an arrow cartouche. The chain measures 16" inches in length. Please note that 2 rings of the chain were professionally replaced at one time and noted, (See pic). If you like a longer chain you could easily replace this one but this chain is the original, with an older half moon spring ring clasp also marked 14K. The weight of this necklace and chain is 3.2 grams. A beautiful 100% authentic period piece of antique jewelry.Thanks for stopping by.
