Ed Scheier Studio Art Pottery Chalice Very nice example by master potterEdwin Scheier (1910-2008). Relief faces on a grey/charcoal background. Size is approx: 7 1/4” h x 8 1/4” w, condition is mint, no damage/repairs. Signed on the base “Scheier”. Edwin’s works are truly American ceramic treasures and are included in the permanent collections of the Currier Museum of Art, the University of New Hampshire Museum, as well as the Arizona State University, Herberger College of the Arts and the Milne Collection. Their works have also been shown at the Newark Museum, Minneapolis Institute of Arts, and the Cranbrook Art Museum. Buy it Now includes free shipping/insurance in the lower 48 states .
