Effanbee Patsy Birthday Best This auction is for my 14" Patsy Birthday Best. I have had her for several years & never displayed her. She has her hairnet, all of the plastic is still on her legs & arms & she is wearing her hang tag! Her little purple shoes are in plastic beside her in her box. Any questions, please ask & thanks for looking! My listings start at a low opening bid price with low reserves (if any) & I will not sell anything that I would not buy & keep for myself. The reborn dolls I am selling I hate to part with, but I just have too many dolls & too much baby clothing.
