IN EFFECT Fanzine #3 - 1989 Extremely rare original 3rd issue of IN EFFECT ZINE. One of the absolute best New York zines ever, and this is probably their best issue. Long interviews with lots of pictures by the 4 bands listed on the cover, plus much more. This issue features: AGNOSTIC FRONT, TERMINAL CONFUSION, SUPERTOUCH, BREAKDOWN, STRAIGHT AHEAD, STAND PROUD, LEEWAY, TRUE COLORS (pre-Citizen's Arrest), NO FOR AN ANSWER and more. Condition is excellent. There is a price sticker on the front cover, and some minor wear on the front & back covers, but otherwise it is extremely clean & near mint.
