This rare and gorgeous piece was purchased in Egypt and held in the family for many years. It is jeweler verified- 18k gold and beautiful deep blue Raw Lapis stones hand crafted into the revered Egyptian Scarab Beetle, the mythological symbol for Rebirth. This treasure is 8 1/4 inches long and weighs .8 oz. or 24 grams. It contains 11 individually unique and handcrafted beetles each with two large pieces of lapis and set in an intricate sculpture of find gold. (see close-ups).
