The Step Mastaba of King Djoser ( Variants of his name include Netjerikhet, Zoser, Dzoser, Zozer, Dsr, Djeser, Djésèr, Horus-Netjerikhet, and Horus-Netjerichet ) The pyramid was built during the 27th century BC for the burial of Pharaoh Djoser by his vizier Imhotep. This impressive rotogravure so skillfully rendered and exacting in detail was produced in 1928 from a masterful photograph taken in the early 20th century. Please note that this item is not just a photograph nor a postcard, or a simple print, but an original vintage rotogravure (or gravure for short), which comes mounted on cardboard.
