This is a 2014 West Point First Spouse uncirculated 1/2 ounce gold coin of Eleanor Roosevelt, product code HP8. This coin is very rare. According to the sales report provided by the U.S. Mint, only 1,886 units were sold before selling out. This is a surprisingly low mintage of a coin for one of the most popular first ladies in history. I am the original owner of this coin, and it will come to you complete with all OGP. T he photos included here are NOT stock photos, but rather show the obverse and reverse of the actual coin the buyer will receive. Also provided are views of the actual box, sleeve with product code and COA. Note from the close up photo that there is creasing with a small tear on the top left edge of the outer sleeve. This happened before it ever left the Mint's distribution center, as the shipping container it arrived in did not have any outer damage. The way it was packed inside the box made this kind of damage during transit impossible. I tried to get the Mint to send me a replacement sleeve for this, but they kept insisting I had to return the entire coin for a replacement. I explained that the COIN itself was fine, and I didn't want to risk getting a sub-par coin on the CHANCE that the next sleeve might be better.
