Up for sale is the true FIRST EDITION, SECOND PRINTING of "The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test" by Tom Wolfe.This book was published by Farrar, Straus and Giroux in 1968. Dust Jacket is covered in Brodart Mylar.The dust jacket is unclipped with its original price of $5.95 intact. There is a slight crease to the rear inside fold of the jacket. The dust jacket is in overall good condition for its age. There is some small chipping to the bottom of the spine as well as small shelf wear to the top. The rear of the jacket has a small missing tear at the northeast corner at the spine. There is chipping and shelf wear present to the tops of the boards on the corners. Overall book condition is very good with wear to the top and bottom of the spine. The spine shows great color in its gilded rainbow pattern, which is indicative of a true first edition. There is no present writing inside. The boards are straight and the book is firm. The signature bright orange colors the inner boards.Please refer to all of the photos of the book in this listing, as they will serve precedent over any miscommunication as to the condition of this book.
