Listed are 8 Tiffin pink and green, or "watermelon" optic panel floral etched goblets. They are in excellent condition, without any scratches, nicks, chips or fleabites! They are stunningly beautiful, and would make an excellent gift for anniversaries, weddings, or for your own collection! I have seen a lot of watermelon glass sold on eBay recently; it is no wonder since they are so elegant and versatile. Although I've seen many listings, I have NOT seen a set as large as 8. Most are sold in lots of 2,3 or 4. The average price per glass sold equals $18.53 . I believe a set this large makes the value per glass even better! I am starting the auction at 100.00, which is MORE THAN $5.00 LESS PER STEM than the average sold price ~~ and some of those sales included items with nicks! I am also listing the same Tiffin pattern of 6 sherbets or wines in another auction. What a wonderful set they would be if kept together! Don't let this great deal get away!! Bid with confidence! Research is something I DO have a lot of experience with, so I believe I offer a reasonable value for all my items. I do not list my items with a reserve, because as a long time buyer, I find that to be frustrating. It may be a cheaper way to get a low insertion fee, or a way to get more bidders on your items, but I believe in starting with a fair price that buyers see up front. We describe and photograph our items as accurately as possible. We do not claim to be experts. Unless otherwise noted, our items are previously loved, vintage/used, and are sold âe~as is', or âe~as foundâe(tm). Expect some minor signs of wear, such as utensil marks, etc., consistent for the age of the item presented. Please, be realistic in your expectations. We are trying to do our best, and it is entirely possible for some slight âe~somethingâe(tm) to escape detection. We do promise to make note of anything that would affect value or use.We are listing a 3 generation estate, including crystal, china, vases, brilliant glass, silver, jewelry, and many other special and unique items, most dating from the mid to late 1800âe(tm)s to 20 th mid century. We will also be listing unique, one of a kind Art pieces from "Feathers and Bells". And we have some groovy underground comics from 1970 and Beatles memorabilia (magazines, books, posters wallet cards, etc.) all original ~ no reproductions, ALL from 1963-1965 , as well as some original 70âe(tm)s Playboy mags. Our shipping rates are based on EXACT shipping costs plus $3.00 to cover handling (package materials, packing time and standing in line at the PO!), so PLEASE DO NOT pay before contacting us. The exception is a flat rate on our magazines and books of $3.85 for media mail. We will calculate S, H, & I. Costs based on the buyerâe(tm)s zip code.
