This Piece realy needs no introduction. This is the Original Pencil Cover Art to ELEKTRA #1 by the one and only GREG HORN!!! This highly detailed pencil drawing represents the only physical art for the cover as all remaining work is finished digitally. It is on the Standard 11 x 17 Marvel Bristol Board. This Piece is in excellant condition. I have enclosed 3 photos. The first showing the finished cover, the second is the original, and the 3rd is the original with the contrast adjusted to show the detail better as it is difficult to photograph this piece (with my camera) and do it justice. I had to double check my Paypal account to see the actual date I bought this and it was February 23, 2002. The Show was MEGA-CON in Orlando and I believe Elektra #1 had only come out the previous September. T is a funny but interesting piece to the story of how I aquired this piece. My time at the show was winding down and I had spent all the cash I had brought, but I was desperate for this piece. I asked Greg if he took Paypal and he did. Now the next task was to find a computer. Laptops were not as much a standard item then and it was difficult to find any vendor at the show with a computer. T literally was none. We then started roaming the halls of the Orlando convention center when we found this ATM looking machine that was a portable intenet kiask. You throw in a few dollar bills and you have instant Internet. I logged onto paypal and made the transaction. Greg logged into his account to make sure the funds were t and the deal was done. It has since adorned my office for over 5 years now. I hate having to part with this piece but my loss will be your gain. Please do not hestitate to ask me any questions you may have. I will accept Paypal (To a confirmed address only) and Money order for this piece. Insurance will be required.
