This is a rather touching image of mother and baby. This elephant looks like she's just blasted away a predator in order to protect her youngster. If you know someone who collects elephants and has all the typical kind of collectibles and would love something different how could you pass this one up!!!! It's majestic and touching and has all the qualities of humans protecting their children. It is so unusual to see an artist capture an animal in nature so beautifully. It's made of porcelain. The actual elephant piece is about 12.5h x 14.5l approx. T's a marking of the feeet that identify the piece as Andrea by Sadek #7870. Additional pictures are available if needed. It's from a smoke free environment. Not sure what else to tell you. Item is in great condition. Other than that could not find any other defects. Stands nicely on a flat surface and would just make a great conversation piece or a really interesting holiday Gift. THE HOLIDAYS ARE COMING !!!!
