ELGIN COFFEE MILL NATIONAL ANTIQUE ORIGINAL GRINDER This is a original very large Elgin coffee grinder. The wheels are free turning, with original crank handle. Constructed from cast iron. The mill and the coffee container is in near mint condition. I am certain that the paint is not original. However, whoever painted this mill took great care in the restoration. It is painted a burnish red color with gold trim to highlight the lettering. Personally I have never seen this type of mill before. The mill has been inspected closely and no damage to the iron is noted, no cracks or breakage. T is no evidence of paint over rust, The painted surfaces are smooth. The size is 40 inches tall, the wheels are 27 5/8 inches in diameter. FOR PICK-UP..PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS MILL MUST WEIGH BETWEEN 150-200 LBS.
