COOKERY ILLUSTRATED & HOUSEHOLD MANAGEMENT BY ELIZABETH CRAIG FIRST EDITION 1936 Details: - First Edition 1936 published by Oldham Press. 760 pages 4 colour illustrations and 16 black and white. Very useful book in the style of Mrs Beeton. Grey Woven cloth boards and blue lettering to front and spine. Over 1000 recipes dating from the early 1930's with a section on household hints and another on first aid. The recipes have ingredients in imperial measure. Very heavy book ( nearly 1.25 kg ! ) Condition: - Good Used - All the pages are present and none are ripped. The spine has come away slightly at the front but inside eveything is ok. Some pages have little notes wrtiiten on them next to recipes ( see photo 4 ) so you also get a bit of family history thrown in as well !! I will not and do not sell fake goods so don't miss out on this and leave it until the last minute only to be outbid by somebody else - Bid Now!
